SupremeX (SXP) has acquired Impression Paragraph for $26.6 million.

Impression Paragraph has over 35 years of history as an integrated provider of paper-based packaging, print and point-of-sale products for a multitude of commercial markets, including cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, confectionary and retail. It operates two facilities in Ville-Saint-Laurent and Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec.

For the 12-month period ended October 31, 2022, Paragraph generated sales of approximately $38.6 million.

It has also ranked among Canadian Business’ 500 Fastest Growing Companies in Canada.

The transaction is on a cash-free and debt-free basis and financed through SupremeX’s existing credit facility.

SupremeX believes the acquisition will expand its reach in the value-added packaging space through strategic synergies.

SupremeX is a North American manufacturer and marketer of envelopes and a growing provider of paper-based packaging solutions. It operates eleven manufacturing facilities across four provinces in Canada and six facilities across four states in the U.S., employing over 1,000 people. 

SupremeX (SXP) is up by 2.2 per cent, trading at $6.49 per share as of 12:44 pm EST.
