Clear Sky Lithium Corp. (POWR) has disclosed its plan to change its name to “POWR Lithium Corp.”

The name change will take effect on the Canadian Securities Exchange at the market open on February 1, 2023.

From that day, the common shares of the company are expected to commence trading on the CSE under the new name. In addition, from that same day, the common shares of the company will continue to trade under the existing ticker symbol “POWR.”

In connection with the name change, the company’s common share CUSIP has changed to 73940N109, and the company has created a new website with its new name.

The office location and phone number will remain the same.

Clear Sky Lithium Corp. is an exploration and development company dedicated to the advancement of North American lithium deposits to support domestic demand. The company holds interests in the Eli property in Nevada.

The company is also focusing on the development of claystone extraction and processing technologies aimed at delivering scalable efficiencies across the value chain in a sustainable manner.
