MCF begins trading today on the OTCQX under the symbol MCFNF.

The company upgraded to OTCQX from the Pink market.

The upgrade entails more transparency for MCF’s U.S. investors through high financial standards, best-practice corporate governance and demonstrated compliance with applicable securities laws.

U.S. investors can find current financial disclosure and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the company on the official OTC Markets website.

The OTC Markets Group (OTCQX:OTCM) operates regulated markets for trading 12,000 U.S. and international securities, including the OTCQX Best Market, the OTCQB Venture Market and the Pink Open Market.

MCF Energy is engaged in the exploration and development of natural gas resources in Europe as a transition to renewable energy sources. It holds interests in two significant natural gas exploration projects in Austria and Germany and is evaluating additional opportunities.
