  • Yocale.ai added memberships, multi-session packages and gift cards to its Yocale platform.
  • The features include recurring membership billing and unified invoicing, payments and client records.
  • The company linked the tools to Yocale Pay, where it earns a share of net processing revenue.

Yocale.ai Inc. (CSE: YAI) (OTCQB: YOAIF) (Frankfurt: K4G) has expanded membership, service-package and gift-card capabilities in its Yocale software platform for beauty and wellness businesses, including recurring billing for memberships.

The company said the new tools connect memberships, packages and gift cards to the same invoicing, payment and client records used for appointments, aiming to help businesses track items such as remaining sessions, balances and recurring payments in one place.

This article is a journalistic opinion piece which has been written based on independent research. It is intended to inform investors and should not be taken as a recommendation or financial advice.

According to the release, the update adds membership plans with defined benefits and renewal terms, multi-session treatment and service packages that track remaining sessions against each booking, and gift cards with balances that can be applied toward eligible purchases. Yocale.ai also said the activity and charge history for these items is tied to a unified client record.

Yocale.ai said it earns a share of net payment-processing revenue on transactions processed through Yocale Pay. It described memberships billed through Yocale Pay as creating a new payment each month a client remains enrolled, with additional processing revenue possible from package and gift-card purchases and other return-visit transactions processed through Yocale Pay.

“Beauty and wellness businesses aren’t built around a single transaction. They’re built around relationships that can last for years,” said Aydin Asli, Chief Executive Officer of Yocale.ai.

Yocale.ai said memberships, packages and gift cards are available now. The company described the enhancements as part of its previously disclosed commercialization roadmap, and said bringing more activity onto one platform can support a larger operational data foundation for future AI-driven automation and decision support.
