The company said the “fireside chat” is scheduled for 4:05pm Eastern Standard Time (10:05pm Central European Time) on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026. MustGrow said the discussion will cover the global biological agriculture opportunity, the regulatory framework, and future prospects for the partnership.

In the release, MustGrow also referenced a previously announced first development milestone payment it received from Bayer under a License and Collaboration Agreement. MustGrow described the agreement as covering Bayer’s access to MustGrow’s mustard-based biocontrol technologies for soil applications in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with the first milestone tied to technical product development milestones.

MustGrow said potential additional milestone payments are linked to additional achievements. It also said that, upon the start of commercial sales, if any, it would be entitled to fees from royalties and manufacturing sales. MustGrow added that, unless terminated earlier under the agreement, the term continues until the expiration of all intellectual property licensed to Bayer under the agreement.

MustGrow describes itself as a provider of biological and regenerative agriculture solutions based on compounds found in mustard seed. The company said its flagship biofertility product, TerraSanteTM, is registered, organically certified, and commercially sold in key U.S. agricultural states, including California.
