Adamant Holding Inc. (ADMT) has signed an agreement to acquire a 51 per cent interest in EuroproNET Bosnia d.o.o.

EuroproNET is a telecom licensed and internet service provider with services such as internet access for private and business users, data centre solutions, wireless solutions, telecommunications services, web services, online marketing, and technical support.

“This imminent acquisition signifies our next phase in the telecom space… and allows Adamant to instantly gain decades of relationships and contracts which will benefit all stakeholders”

Adamant stated its management will help EuroproNET create a ‘lead generation’ strategy to attract customers in the Balkan region as a large enterprise. It will also expand its footprint by looking for small businesses.

The company will report terms and conditions for the agreement shortly, which it expects to close by the end of quarter one or the beginning of quarter two.
