Trail Blazer Capital (TSXV: TBLZ.P), a capital pool company, submitted a filing statement for its proposed qualifying transaction with Juno Industries, a Canadian defence technology company specializing in sensor fabrics and AI control-and-command software.
The new listing would grant investors exposure to a company innovating at the intersection of intelligence and sovereign defence. Flagship products include the Guardian System, a sensor-based data-processing solution for continuous situational awareness, and Polar Nexus, an autonomous communications and surveillance system for extreme environmental conditions, each of which is designed according to the company’s focus on interoperability, modularity and scalability.

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Hunter Scharfe, previously served as Senior Advisor to BTQ Technologies (NASDAQ: BTQ), a post-quantum cyber security company, while Co-Founder and Executive Chairman, Harjit S.
