CENTR Brands Corp. (CNTR) has completed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $4,554,643.60.

The corporation issued 7,007,144 units at a price of $0.65 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase ‎warrant. Each warrant is exercisable to acquire one additional share at an exercise price of $1.50 for a period of three years.

The net proceeds will be used for growth-oriented production, continued expansion of the recently launched online channel, new product innovation, and general working capital.

CENTR Brands is a beverage company that develops and markets non-alcoholic beverages for the global market. CENTR’s CBD drinks are sold in 19 states by 11 distributors.

CENTR Brands Corp. (CNTR) opened trading at C$0.67 per share.
