Juniper Group, a Constellation Software (TSX:CSU) portfolio company, has acquired Vervotech, a technology start-up known for its hotel and room mapping solutions.

Juniper Group focuses on acquiring, managing and building businesses forever. It owns vertical market software companies active in travel, aviation, banking, insurance, healthcare, the public sector, as well as oil and gas.

Vervotech‘s flagship product, Vervotech Mappings, is gaining traction in the travel sector because of its accurate delivery of hotel data. The solution employs an advanced AI algorithm to map hotel content with 99.999 per cent accuracy.

Juniper plans to package its travel booking engine with Vervotech Mappings to improve the client experience.
