The company issued 2,713,500 common shares at a price of $0.25 per common share.

The net proceeds raised will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The securities issued will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months.

The closing of the offering is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory and other approvals, including the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
