Danavation Technologies Corp. (DVN) has made progress with the installations of its Digital Smart Labels and Platform-as-a-Service technology.

The company’s technologies offer software, hardware, analytics, and intelligence tools for complete “plug-n-play” deployment for retailers. The company stated its platform and Digital Smart Labels can be used across multiple verticals and are not limited to retail applications.

Information is wirelessly transmitted to the labels for pricing, promotions and inventory management, product specs, and customer reviews. The systems can also influence pricing by measuring sales velocity, weather conditions, current events, stock levels, and demand.

The company has contracts to deploy these tools with customers like the LCBO, True Value Hardware, and Sobeys which are using the technologies at over 300 locations.

“I am proud of the markets we have accessed, the partners we have secured and the incredible brands that we are working with and Danavation is just getting started… we look forward to continuing to launch additional multi-location rollouts, while also attracting new clients and brand families,” John Ricci, CEO of Danavation, said.

The company recently completed various individual Digital Smart Labels installations for recognized retailers in North America such as Toys ‘R’ Us, Pharmasave, Petro-Canada, Macadoodles, and City Cannabis.

Danavation Technologies Corp. (DVN) is up 9.52 per cent trading at $0.23 per share as of 12:08 p.m. ET.
