E3 Metals Corp. (ETMC) has changed its name to E3 Lithium Ltd.

The name change will take effect as of market open on Friday, July 8, 2022.

The company’s common shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the name and under the new trading symbol ETL and on the OTCQX under the same trading symbol EEMMF.

Common share certificates bearing the previous company name “E3 Metals Corp.” continue to be valid in the settlement of trades in common shares. There is no consolidation or change in the share capital of the company. Shareholders are not required to transfer existing share certificates into the new name.

E3 Lithium is a development company. E3 Lithium’s goal is to produce high purity, battery grade lithium products. With a significant lithium resource and innovative technology solutions, E3 Lithium has the potential to deliver lithium to market from one of the best jurisdictions in the world.

E3 Metals Corp. (ETMC) is up 3.45 per cent on the day, trading at C$2.40 per share at 1 pm ET.
