The company will issue approximately 20,833,333 units at C$0.24 per unit.
Each unit is comprised of one Fandom Sports common share and one common share purchase warrant.
Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional Fandom Sports common share for C$0.36 within 24 months of the closing of the offering.
The company will use the proceeds for working capital, business development and general corporate purposes.
