Shares of Feel Foods (FEEL) have begun trading on the OTC Pink under its new symbol FLLLF.

The company has applied for full DTC eligibility. DTC eligibility will enable an accelerated settlement process and Feel’s shares to be economically transferred between brokerage accounts electronically within the United States.

Feel Foods also announces that it has entered into an engagement agreement with Volume Hunters for social media and capital markets advisory services. Volume Hunters will build awareness of Feel Foods and its growing agri-food business. A key part of this mandate will focus on increasing visibility and building relationships with investors.

Feel Foods Ltd. is an agri-services company aimed at providing turnkey services to makers, bakers and growers.  Feel Foods is in the process of building out a commercial commissary kitchen that will be available to on-site growers as well as local makers, bakers and growers producing small-batch artisanal food products.

Feel Foods Ltd. (FEEL) is unchanged, trading at C$0.35 per share at 2:15 pm ET.
