First Hydrogen (FHYD) has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary NetzeroH2 Inc. for the design, production and roll-out of hydrogen refuelling stations.

The state-of-the-art refuelling stations will be designed and developed in conjunction with FEV Consulting GmbH (FEV).

Headquartered in Aachen, Germany, FEV Consulting GmbH has over 35 years of experience in product development, production planning, and cost engineering.

The development of the Hydrogen Mobility Refuelling Station will provide the hydrogen fuel mobility market with opportunities to sell hydrogen-related technology to its customer base and accelerate the adoption of hydrogen as a source of fuel for the light to heavy hydrogen mobility sector.

Widespread adoption of hydrogen is central to reaching net-zero emissions and limiting global warming.

First Hydrogen is a Vancouver and London UK-based company focused on zero-emission vehicles and supercritical carbon dioxide extractor systems.

First Hydrogen Corp. (FHYD) opened trading at C$2.25 per share.
