good natured Products (GDNP) has agreed to purchase the land and buildings at the company’s Ayr, Ontario, manufacturing location.

The purchase, scheduled to close on September 30, 2022, will cost $9.4 million in cash.

The Ayr Purchase includes an existing industrial building of approximately 30,000 square feet and 2.9 acres of land with potential for future expansion.
