Irwin Naturals (IWIN) has signed a licensing agreement with Gold Rush Premium Extracts to produce and distribute THC products in Oklahoma.

Under the licensing agreement, Gold Rush will boost Irwin Naturals products with THC and make them available in approximately 2,700 dispensaries in the state.

Gold Rush Premium Extracts is a multi-state cannabis cultivation and processing operator, and Irwin Naturals is an herbal supplement formulator working in both the cannabis and psychedelic industries.

Klee Irwin, CEO of Irwin Naturals, commented,

“Oklahoma is a significant step in what is becoming a sprint to put Irwin Naturals THC products on the shelves of dispensaries in all 38 states where cannabis is legalized.”

Cannabis is now legal in most U.S. states. However, because it is not legal at the federal level, products must be approved on a state-by-state basis. As a part of this requirement. Irwin Naturals previously reached licensing agreements with cannabis manufacturers in California, Colorado, Ohio and New Mexico.

Clint Patterson, CEO of Gold Rush, added,

“The presence of a brand as well-known as Irwin Naturals sends a message about the value and legitimacy of the cannabis industry.”

Irwin Naturals Inc. (IWIN) is up 1.05 per cent, trading at $3.84 per share as of 1:27 p.m. EST.
