Komo (YUM) products will be distributed across Canada through Loblaw Companies Ltd.

Loblaw Companies is Canada’s largest food retailer, with over 2,400 stores operating under 22 regional and market segment banners.

A total of four SKUs will be listed nationally in eight Loblaw warehouses. These include the 2 serving Lasagna, the 2 serving Shepherd’s Pie, the Chickenless Pot Pie, and the 2 serving Mac & Greens.

Komo’s remaining five SKUs will be available to Loblaw banner stores in Western Canada direct from Komo distributor partners. Products include BBQ Mushroom Lentil Taco Filling, Walnut Mushroom Bolognese, and the family-size SKUs of the Lasagna, Mac & Greens and Shepherd’s Pie.

Banner stores expected to carry Komo products include Loblaws, Great Canadian Superstore (Atlantic Provinces), No Frills, YIGs, City Markets, Extra Foods, Fortino’s and Provigo (Quebec).

Products are scheduled to reach store shelves the first week of November 2022.

“Achieving distribution for all of our healthy vegan frozen products to Loblaw customers across Canada demonstrates the market demand for our quality products,” stated William White, Komo’s CEO.
