Nepra Foods (NPRA) has closed its overnight marketed public offering for gross proceeds of $4,500,000.

The company issued 10,000,000 units at a price of $0.45 per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.70 for 36 months. The warrants will begin trading on the CSE under the symbol NPRA.WT on March 30, 2022.

The offering was led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. Nepra has granted the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 units.

The company has paid a cash fee and issued warrants to the underwriter.

The proceeds raised will be used to increase production capacity, facilitate new product development, launch additional products and for marketing and general working capital.

Nepra Foods is a plant-based food and ingredient company.
