Nevada Sunrise (NEV) has increased its financing from C$1.2M to gross proceeds of up to $1.5M.
It will offer up to 6M units priced at $0.25 per unit.
Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.
Each warrant is exercisable into one additional common share priced at $0.40 for two years following the closing of the offering.
The company will use the proceeds to explore its mineral properties as well as for general working capital.
