Royal Helium (RHC) has completed a bought-deal public offering of subscription receipts for gross proceeds of $5,500,000.
The company issued 5,500 non-transferable subscription receipts at a price of $1,000 per receipt.
Upon release from escrow, the net proceeds will be used to fund capital expenditures related to the company’s Steveville production facilities and general corporate purposes.
