Sekur Crosses Most Important Milestone in its History

Is the Handwriting on the Wall?

Reading the “Handwriting on the Wall” (HOW) is one of the more interesting Wall Street sayings we often hear, as it relates to small-cap companies. This week’s GSA announcement marks Sekur’s 4th major milestone. It was written on their wall, for everyone to review. Note this differs from another Wall Street saying “reading between the lines.”  No need to read between the lines here. These handwritings came in the form of lengthy press releases for anyone to review and contemplate potential implications.

This article is disseminated in partnership with Sekur Private Data Ltd. It is intended to inform investors and should not be taken as a recommendation or financial advice.

Sekur, for those new to the story, provides Fortress Grade Security internet services via Swiss-based private servers (not AWS) related to everyday communication via the internet – including messaging, email, voice, and VPN. Which are, of course, used by billions every day.

CURRENT OFFERINGS

Core Corporate Communications Solutions:

None of Sekur’s solutions rely on Big Tech infrastructure or open-source coding, allowing for private and secure communications throughout, operable within and outside the Sekur network , bypassing traditional telecom systems and eliminating phone record hacking. None of the solutions data mines or tracks users’ locations.

Gemini AI defines Handwriting on the Wall (HOW) as:

For us, we see milestones as handwriting clues, which can possibly lead to significant revenues in the future. If the stock later reacts favorably, perhaps rising 5 or 10 fold, as small caps can do*, and investors later wonder ‘how’ they missed the move, these can be the clues they missed. We can point to the wall and later ask, “Do you see writing (press releases)? They’re still up there.” And it will stay up there for later review, because the internet wall, of course, is forever.

If, however, a stock doesn’t react favorably or if significant revenues aren’t generated, we can still point to the press releases and say that’s why we ‘thought’ it was going to be smooth sailing ahead. Only time will tell. For now, we will rely mostly on these pre-significant revenue clues, while being laser-focused on future revenue contract awards, which we hope will follow.

So let’s look at the four recent milestones individually. Taken together, investors reading them might think, “Oh, now I see where they’re going with this.”

GAME-CHANGING MILESTONES

  1. Awarded GSA (U.S. Government Services Administration) Approval (the story moves into high gear).
  2. Signs Partnership With Quaestor Federal, a Federal and Corporate Sales Juggernaut.
  3. Announces Actual Launch of B2B Operations.
  4. Announces Contemplated Pivot from B2C to B2B. (the story begins)

Awarded GSA Approval.

February 24, 2026

GSA Approval is akin to an electrician just starting out in the business, and being told by a friend ‘I know a guy, my cousin, who got me in the union. I should introduce you, and get you in too.’

Sekur, in effect, just joined the union. I3 Integrated, who got them in, is their ‘cousin.’

Securing placement on the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule is a significant milestone for Sekur and represents a formal validation by the U.S. federal procurement system. It is one of the most widely recognized procurement frameworks in the world. Being accepted allows Sekur to be evaluated alongside established vendors in environments where standards are high and decisions are deliberate.

The GSA Schedule is not simply a vendor list; it is a rigorous pre-approval process that evaluates pricing, operational capability, compliance standards, and vendor reliability. Once on the Schedule, Sekur becomes an authorized supplier to U.S. federal agencies, state and local governments, and approved public-sector entities—dramatically reducing procurement friction and shortening sales cycles that can otherwise take years to navigate.

Just as importantly, GSA Schedule status materially expands Sekur’s addressable market (in our opinion) while enhancing credibility with enterprise and institutional customers beyond government buyers. Many large organizations view GSA approval as a quality and risk-mitigation benchmark, even when purchases are made outside the federal system. This positioning enables Sekur to compete for contract opportunities that are simply inaccessible to non-scheduled vendors and aligns the company with long-term, recurring, and mission-critical demand environments where security, compliance, and vendor trust are paramount.

Q: What exactly is the GSA Schedule?

A: The GSA Schedule is a U.S. government-managed contracting program that pre-qualifies vendors to sell products and services to federal agencies and eligible public-sector buyers. Vendors must meet defined standards for pricing, compliance, and operational capability before being accepted.

Q: Why is GSA Schedule approval considered significant?

A: GSA approval indicates that a company has passed a formal and structured federal review process. It allows government buyers to procure directly from the company using pre-negotiated terms, significantly reducing procurement time and complexity compared to traditional contracting methods.

Q: Does being on the GSA Schedule guarantee government contracts or revenue?

A: No. Inclusion on the GSA Schedule does not guarantee contract awards or revenue. It authorizes Sekur to compete for eligible opportunities and makes the company accessible within government procurement systems, but contract awards remain subject to agency needs, competitive processes, and funding availability.

Q: Who can purchase from a GSA Schedule vendor?

A: In addition to U.S. federal agencies, certain state and local governments and approved public-sector entities may purchase through GSA programs, depending on eligibility and procurement rules.

Q: Does GSA Schedule status have value outside of government sales?

A: Yes. Many enterprise and institutional customers view GSA approval as an independent validation of vendor credibility, security, and compliance readiness. While not required for commercial transactions, it can support broader business development efforts.

Q: How does this milestone align with Sekur’s strategy?

A: GSA Schedule inclusion aligns with Sekur’s focus on secure communications and privacy-sensitive markets by positioning the company within procurement environments that prioritize compliance, trust, and long-term vendor relationships.

Here is what, in ‘catalog’ style, a potential buyer reviews on the schedule: GSA Advantage.

Other carefully selected program partners of the Federal contractor (i3 Integrated) include Palantir, Dell Computer, Aspera, Lentix/Intel, IBM, and now Sekur Private Data: Partners

When we spoke to Alain Ghiai, the CEO, he shared with us, “GSA approval is not a finish line – it’s an entry point. It gives us access, not outcomes, and we intend to approach that access thoughtfully. This milestone removes a structural barrier to engaging with U.S. government buyers. Our focus now is on responsible participation, relationship development, and disciplined execution within these procurement channels.”

In the press release, Philip E. Parrott, Contract Manager at i3 Integrated, stated, “Government customers want solutions that are secure, scalable, and easy to buy through trusted established channels. Listing Sekur on our GSA MAS contract gives agencies a direct, efficient path to acquire secure and private communications capabilities with the speed and confidence that MAS procurement provides.”

In the same press release, Ken Rogers, one of Sekur’s National Security Team members and a former Deputy CIO of Business and Management Planning for the Department of State who has managed billions of dollars in Federal Acquisitions, stated, “I am pleased to see that Sekur has put into place a new GSA Schedule, demonstrating their deep commitment to bringing this critical technology to the U.S. Federal marketplace.”

Signs Partnership With ‘Quaestor Federal,’ a Federal and Corporate Sales Juggernaut.

November 10, 2025

Quaestor Federal Consulting is composed primarily of military Veterans and former Senior National Security leaders providing operational and service capabilities to U.S. government clients. Quaestor Federal provides mission-critical software and technology solutions to federal agencies, winning hundreds of contracts annually.

It is a sales organization with deep (very deep) technological capabilities and experience.

They cleverly named their partnership a ‘National Security Team,’ a fighting unit against AI assisted cyber-crime, that includes three of the top security experts in the nation.

Their prior work background comes from the CIA’s Federal Laboratory, the Department of Defense, the U.S. State Department, the Department of Homeland Security, National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Bolling Air Force Base, US Forces Korea, and the J2 Pentagon

It includes Phil Oakley, Ken Rogers, and John T. Lewis. Phil and his teams have sold over $1 billion of IT solutions to the federal government. Ken hails from U.S. Department of State as Deputy CIO for Business Management & Planning and as Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. John’s technical innovations in tracking and locating were foundational to the CIA’s ability to find high-value targets globally, such as Osama Bin Laden.

This is Sekur’s sales and marketing “Dream Team.”

International in their scope, in addition to protecting the United States, they have defensive and technological capabilities operations in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and numerous additional conflict zones.

By no means is the phrase “Dream Team” an exaggeration. They are the real deal, top of the heap, best of the best, backed by numerous Meritorious Service Medals. With over a billion dollars of combined government sales and services.

Most importantly, this dream team believes (publicly stated) that Sekur’s commercial capability is unmatched in the federal space and can be rapidly introduced to solve immediate challenges. Their specialty is introducing and selling new technologiesinto the government, from companies including but not limited to PalantirPixia, Isilon, Aspera, Apptio, and several others. Just guessing, but we interpret ‘rapidly introduced’ as in the next year ahead.

This unit isn’t a ‘think-tank’ brought together to ponder potential societal issues related to AI powered cyber-crime. It was brought together do business with governmental agencies. More specifically, to introduce Sekur’s suite of products and services to governmental agencies. Their goal is generate significant revenues for both the partnership and Sekur Private Data, for providing the Fortress Grade levels of digital safety and security.

The Dream Team

Phil Oakley, Retired Military Officer with over 22 years of service. Over 15 years of leading several small, agile companies focused on integrating commercial solutions into the Federal Government. In this capacity, they sold over $600 million of IT solutions to the federal government. Prime contracts with the GSA and NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SWEP) while supporting several government agencies. A serial Entrepreneur Phil has helped numerous companies, including but not limited to Palantir, Pixia, Isilon, Aspera, and Apptio, with millions of dollars in sales and solutions support.

Phil is a contract specialist who can get new technologies on the GSA schedule, sometimes in less than 30 days. (HOW).

Ken Rogers, a recent retiree of the U.S. Department of State, is a results-driven global technology leader with a rare blend of experience across five U.S. federal agencies, multinationals, startups, and global NGOs. He retired in 2024 from the U.S. State Department and was awarded the prestigious Director General’s Cup during the Foreign Affairs Day Celebration in 2025. This award recognizes individuals from the contemporary generation of career civil and foreign service employees who have demonstrated exceptional service and commitment, which was only issued to two members in 2024.

Ken has a vast experience as a Senior IT Executive & Strategist with 20+ years in U.S. federal government, specializing in IT governance, digital strategy, portfolio management, and emerging technology adoption across global enterprises, Ken served as in the U.S. Department of State as Deputy CIO for Business Management & Planning (Acting) / Chief Digital Strategist, and as Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Ken has stated he was immediately attracted to Sekur‘s solutions set because of its ability to provide more secure communications between the Department of State and its diplomatic counterparts serving in over 200 countries, using voice and video calls, messaging, and email capabilities. These tools can also provide other civilian agencies with similar needed secure capabilities, including the Department of Homeland Security’s engagement with and between first responders nationwide.

John T. Lewis. John is also a recent retiree from the Central Intelligence Agency, whose last assignment was Deputy Director and CTO of the CIA Federal Laboratory. John has an impressive career of service of over 34 years to his country, serving in Technical Operations, Technical Research, Development & Engineering, and Technical Leadership roles. Career included service in the Directorate of Science & Technology (DS&T), the Directorate of Digital Innovation (DDI), and the Directorate of Operations (DO) with overseas assignments in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and conflict zones. Member of the CIA Directorate of Science & Technology Senior Technical Service.

John was recognized as a CIA Trailblazer (and awarded the Trailblazer Medal) in 2007. He received this honor for his “ground-breaking” capabilities in support of the CIA Tracking & Locating mission.

The technology developed by his team significantly enhanced the Agency’s ability to tag, track, and locate targets in the field, be it a jungle, barracks, or a bunker hidden in some remote desert location.

John’s additional honors included the CIA Career Intelligence Medal, being a 4-Time Recipient of the Directorate of Science & Technology McCone Award for Excellence in Science & Technology, and being a Member of the Directorate of Science & Technology Senior Technical Service.

In short, Sekur has partnered with a team to introduce them to one of the largest buyers of technology in the world, the U.S. government. Again, handwriting on the wall. Full Press Release

Announces Official Launch of B2B Operations.

(HOW #2) “…connecting strategic actions to future positioning, while the broader market remains focused on quarterly noise.”

November 5, 2025

In early November, Sekur announces the actual launch of their B2B strategy that they first hinted at, 3 months earlier, in a release issued in September (see below).

The headline was “Sekur Private Data Launches Corporate and Premium Secure Communications Solutions – Paving Way for Government Sales.”

New Plans to Start Corporate and Government Sales Worldwide

The company stated it was pleased to announce that it has completed and officially launched its highly anticipated Corporate and Premium (B2B) solutions for secure and private communications and data transmission.

The company noted it would focus on high-value clients, such as HNWIs, C-level executives, and government and diplomatic officials. Forty percent of all Business Enterprise Attacks (BEC) attacks are now done through AI emailing, and BEC attacks are costing corporations an average of $4.8 million per attack, according to an IBM study.

They also revealed their new pricing schedule, which is essential to come up with a basic potential revenue model, which would be subscription cost per month, x number of employees.

Pricing Schedule:

While not related to pricing, the press release also stated that their business model is built on predictable, high-margin recurring revenues. Adding their solutions consistently delivered an impressive 80% gross margin per dollar sold.

In the table below, we highlight some basic math, multiplying the subscription cost per month versus per year by the number of subscribers (users).

Potential Gross Revenues | Per Month vs Per Year

This is neither a forecast, nor a projection. It’s just a “wondering,” about what level of potential gross revenues could be generated, at different levels of subscribers.

Note, 10,000 users doesn’t mean 10,000 Corporations. It could mean just 10 Corporations, each with 100 employees, or 100 Corporations, each with just 10 employees.

In 2026, the United States accounted for 24 million millionaires. If Sekur could somehow manage to land one million of those in the next few years, the potential revenues could be staggering. So while B2B is going foward goal and mission, attracting high-net-worth individuals (B2C) remains impressively important.

As a reminder, individuals have access to numerous free email and texting services that they have grown accustomed to (WhatsApp, Gmail, etc.). Our thesis is that if individual users read about Sekur being used by a government agency (say, the Department of Defense, as an example), that individual may take it as a ‘final stamp’ of approval and then subscribe. Or if an individual is hacked, we believe they will gladly be willing to pay a few extra dollars every month, for the safety and peace of mind – that comes from using Sekur’s Fortress Grade Security by subscribing to their services.

Is getting hacked a reasonable expectation in 2026 and beyond?

The data for 2025 and early 2026 shows that we aren’t just seeing a “slight rise” in AI cybercrime—we are seeing an explosion. There has been a staggering 1,265% surge in phishing attacks specifically linked to the use of generative AI tools compared to previous baseline years. Because AI can now write “perfect” emails in any language without the typical typos or awkward phrasing that used to tip people off, the success rate of these hacks has skyrocketed. See ‘Hacking Factoids’ below.

Not to be Captain Obvious, but what initially attracted our interest in Sekur was its pivoting from selling one subscription at a time (B2C) to individuals and making $1,750. Versus being positioned to sign one company, with 100 employees, and making $175,000. Or one Corporation with 1,000 employees and making $1,750,000.

The B2B thesis and question is, is it worth it for Corporations to protect the ‘mother-ship’ to potentially sidestep a $4.8 million or similar attack by subscribing each one of its employees?

Of course, with B2C, it’s still fun to use the “If they can just sign 1% (like a lot of start-ups do) of the addressable market of individual millionaires in the U.S., that would be $XXX per year. We’ll let you do the math; since we don’t want to be indicted for exaggerated claims! The math is simple: 240,000 millionaires  (1% of 24 million) x $900 for each subscriber.

Announces Contemplated Pivot from B2C to B2B.

August 26, 2025

Sekur Private Data Ltd. On Track for Corporate and Premium Solutions Rollout.

Sekur first announces its intention to move from B2C to B2B.

The impetus for the pivot was headline news of an explosion in Business Email Compromise (“BEC”) attacks on all big tech email and chat applications. Citing an article in Hacker News, Positive Technologies reported attacks having targeted 65 victims, in 26 countries worldwide, spanning government agencies, banks, IT companies, and educational institutions. The attacks involved exploiting known flaws in Microsoft’s Exchange Servers.

The article cited that twenty-two of the compromised servers have been found in government organizations, followed by infections in the IT, industrial, and logistics companies. Vietnam, Russia, Taiwan, China, Pakistan, Lebanon, Australia, Zambia, the Netherlands, and Turkey were among the top 10 targets.

Sekur noted their platform is proprietary and hosted in Switzerland for optimal security and privacy compliance. It offers multiple privacy advantages, such as no contact or data mining, no location mining, and secure and private communication within and outside of the Sekur network, offering privacy and security for both sender and recipient without divulging either phone number or identity.

Sekur stated the Company and its distributors expect to sell a minimum of 2,000 yearly Corporate and Premium licenses by the end of 2026, at a $1,500/yr base price, for total gross proceeds of $3,000,000 recurring yearly revenue, with sales expected to increase over time internationally and in the USA. Full Press Release

And that is the four milestones worth reviewing.

It’s also worth noting that in June of 2025, they created an Advisory Board of heavy hitters, who may not so coincidentally have gotten the ball rolling last year.

Sekur Private Data Ltd. Announces Newly Constituted Strategic Advisory Board – Appoints Jill Kelley as Chair of the Board

June 2nd, 2025

Jill Kelley, known globally as the “Diplomatic Fixer.” Jill has held significant international leadership roles, including supporting U.S. military operations across over 60 countries as part of the U.S. Coalition Allies. Previously, she served as the honorary ambassador to U.S. Central Command Commander Jim Mattis and special advisor to CIA Director David Petraeus. Her work with Sekur will focus on engaging strategic allies, high-profile clients, and C-level executives.

AI HACKER FACTOIDS

Again, our big picture thesis for Sekur is that the newfound success by hackers, and the fact that there are simply more and more of them (like podcasters), leads us to believe that the general awareness of the dangers of hackers will propel higher (which may also come from actually being hacked).

Both among individuals (B2C) and Corporations and Governments (B2B). In our opinion, it will be the primary reason why subscriptions for Sekur’s offerings could surprise many for years to come

Yes, free email, free texting, and messaging are the standard and tough competition. But so was going mask-free before COVID showed up. Then suddenly, everyone was using hand sanitizers. The only difference is that AI-powered hacking can’t be vaccinated away, and it’s only going to get worse. Much worse.

“Sekur, don’t leave home without it.”

Critical Increases (2025 vs. 2024).

Why the massive jump?

It’s essentially a “productivity boom” for criminals. AI allows a single low-level hacker to do the work that used to require a team of ten. They can now:

  1. Automate Research: Use AI to scrape your LinkedIn and social media to find the perfect “hook.”
  2. Scale Personalization: Send 10,000 unique, personalized emails in seconds rather than one generic template.
  3. Bypass Filters: Use AI to slightly rewrite malicious code thousands of times so traditional antivirus software doesn’t recognize it.

While that 1,265% surge in phishing volume we mentioned is the “big headline” number, here is how the specific metrics have shifted over the last 12–24 months:

1. Effectiveness: From “Hit or Miss” to “High Precision”

Before AI, phishing relied on generic templates. Now, AI crafts hyper-personalized messages that are nearly indistinguishable from real ones.

2. Speed: The “Breakout” Time

“Breakout time” is how long it takes a hacker to move from your email inbox to your company’s sensitive server.

3. Deepfake Volume: The Rise of “Synthetic” Scams

This covers voice cloning (used to trick employees into wiring money) and video deepfakes.

4. Effort vs. Output (Attacker Efficiency)

This is the “Before and After” of how much work a criminal has to do:

5 minutes?
