The company issued 320,005 units at a price of $0.70 per unit for gross proceeds of $224,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each purchase warrant is exercisable to acquire one share at a price of $1.20 until September 22, 2022.
Net proceeds will be used for working capital. SkyChain will pay finder’s fees of $2,100.
The securities are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on January 23, 2022.
