Irwin Naturals (IWIN) has acquired the assets of Clare Clinic, d/b/a Florida Mind Health Center.

These clinics join Irwin Naturals Emergence, the company’s national psychedelic mental healthcare chain.

Irwin Naturals will provide the vendors with cash payments as well as 1,500,000 subordinate voting shares upon closing.

Klee Irwin, CEO of Irwin Naturals, said that the company’s roll-up is quickly gathering momentum.

“This is the eighth ketamine clinic we are adding to our growing portfolio in Florida and is part of our 17 clinics which we have either acquired or have a definitive agreement to acquire in the near future, in over ten states. Our mission is to make this amazingly effective treatment available and accessible throughout the country and beyond. We continue to add to our bottom line through these highly accretive transactions as we focus on acquiring profitable operations.”

Now with eight clinics in Florida, the company’s national ketamine clinic roll-up strategy aims to build its Naturals Emergence into the world’s largest chain of psychedelic mental health clinics.

Currently, ketamine is the only psychedelic available for use in the United States outside of clinical trials when used as prescribed.

However, MDMA and psilocybin may be authorized for therapeutic use in the future.

This creates the possibility of drastically changing the way mental health concerns are treated.

Irwin Naturals Inc. (IWIN) develops vitamins and other health supplements and distributes these products in the United States and Canada through two main channels: health food stores and mass market retailers.

Irwin Naturals (IWIN) is down 3.23 per cent, trading at C$3.00 at 11:50 am ET.
