Verde’s (NPK) Plant 2 has achieved 1.2 Mtpy in nameplate production.

The plant produces the company’s multi-nutrient potassium product, K Forte, sold internationally as Super Greensand.

Production will utilize proprietary Verde technologies, including:

  • Cambridge Tech, which ensures that nutrients are made available to plants
  • Bio Revolution, which enables the incorporation of microorganisms into mineral fertilizers

Plant 2 was commissioned on August 31, 2022.

The facility will be expanded to 2.4 Mtpy by late Q4 2022.

Including both plants 1 and 2, Verde’s production capacity now stands at 1.8 Mtpy.

“We are proud to see the successful ramp-up at Plant 2, which will ensure a 200-per-cent increase in production. Verde has been sold out of product and had to push back deliveries, a growing demand that Plant 2 will help meet,” stated Cristiano Veloso, Verde’s Founder and CEO.

Verde is a fully-integrated agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers.

Verde AgriTech (NPK) is up by 6.21 per cent, trading at $6.50 per share as of 9:34 am EST.
