Visionstate (VIS) has announced a private placement for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.

The company will issue up to 12,500,000 common shares priced at $0.04 per share.

Each share purchased under the offering will include one warrant that will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at $0.05 for up to 24 months.

The net proceeds will be used for marketing and sales initiatives, funding research and development, operating capital and investigating a US quotation on the OTCQB.
