WildBrain (WILD) will produce 52 new 11-minute episodes of Caillou for NBC’s Peacock streaming platform.

Peacock will also host five previously announced 44-minute Caillou specials currently in production.

WildBrain’s Caillou is a beloved animated kids’ show viewed in over 140 countries worldwide. It was created in Canada in 1997 based on a series of bestselling children’s books inspired by French child psychiatrist Dr. Françoise Dolto. The show aims to foster healthy childhood development, imagination, curiosity and emotional growth.

On WildBrain’s premium AVOD network on YouTube, WildBrain Spark, Caillou has amassed more than 73 billion minutes of watch time in 21 languages.
