Gold Bull Resources (GBRC) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000.

The company will issue up to 15,000,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share for $0.30 for a period of twenty-four months from the date of closing of the offering.

Proceeds will be used for continued exploration and general working capital.

The Private Placement is scheduled to close on or about November 20, 2021, and is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Units issued under the private placement will have a hold period of four months and one day. The company may pay finder’s fees or commissions subject to compliance with the policies of the TSXV and applicable securities legislation.

Gold Bull Resources is a gold-focused mineral exploration company. The company’s core asset is the Sandman Project, located in Nevada.
