SureNano Science (SURE) has entered a new joint venture to develop and market a new powder nanoemulsion.

The company is also expanding its current licences for Canada and Colorado to specifically include the new powder nanoemulsion product. The current license in Oklahoma already has it.

The company and the licensor will contribute to a common fund to develop and market a new product under development, the SureNano powder nanoemulsion and share equally in the profits.

Each Joint Venturer has contributed $30,000.

SureNano offers one product for sale, the SureNano surfactant. The new powder nanoemulsion product, “SureNano powder,” is in development by 1150641 B.C. Ltd.

SureNano Science Ltd. is engaged in selling and distributing the SureNano surfactant, a ready-to-mix food-grade compound that provides the base for high-performance nano-emulsions to create incredibly homogeneous and stable products while maximizing bioavailability, clarity, and taste.

The company has an exclusive license to distribute the SureNano surfactant within Canada, Oklahoma, USA, and Colorado, USA.
