Bri-Chem Corp. (BRY) has purchased a strategically located warehouse facility in Midland, Texas.

The new Bri-Chem warehouse facility spans 7,500 square feet on a 5.29-acre parcel which was financed through an extension of its existing mortgage facilities from Canadian Western Bank.

This acquisition serves as a strategic anchor location for Bri-Chem USA operations. Midland, Texas is the primary service point for the Permian Basin, which continues to be one of the company’s fastest-growing regions.

The size and span of this new facility will provide additional opportunities for bulk storage and blending.

Bri-Chem Corp. supplies drilling fluids for the oil and gas industries. The company provides drilling fluid products, cementing, acidizing and stimulation additives from multiple strategically located warehouses throughout Canada and the United States.

Bri-Chem Corp. opened trading at $0.64.
