A pharmaceutical company specialized in precision-based cannabinoids announced that Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice has fully dismissed the application issued by what it labelled as “dissident shareholders” against the company back in May. Those shareholders argued that the company has a “design or plan to invalidate proxies” and that the company had acted improperly.
