  • Total assets reached a record $30.96 million, up 15-fold from $2.04 million in Q1 2025, driven by a diversified portfolio of digital assets, including Masters of Trivia, mPWR and Kasya, plus complementary products and infrastructure, including the acquisition of Kaspa Secure Technologies’ proprietary wallet, identity and compliance platforms.
  • Net comprehensive income of $14.47 million, supported by unrealized gains on digital assets.
  • Shareholder equity of $29.5 million, up from negative $832,000 in Q1 2025, setting a new company record.
  • Working capital improved from a deficit of $2.26 million in Q1 2025 to less than negative $380,000, thanks to the repayment and restructuring of debt obligations, as well as improved accounts payable and loan balances.

According to Wednesday’s news release, the quarter marks one of the most successful in Dynamite Blockchain’s history, positioning the company to close out the year with a flourish, as it continues to pursue monetization through its holdings, products and services divisions.
