Stallion Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: STUD; OTCQB: STLNF; FSE: B76) says it has signed a Master Services Agreement with Axiom Exploration Group Ltd., amended its option agreement with Atha Energy Corp. covering the Moonlite Project in Saskatchewans Athabasca Basin, and made several senior leadership changes.

The company framed the moves as part of an effort to strengthen its technical and operational capacity as it continues exploration work, including at the Coyote Target on the Moonlite Project.

Master services agreement with Axiom Exploration Group

Stallion said Axiom, a privately held, employee-owned technical firm, will provide technical, geological, geophysical, environmental and related advisory services, including personnel and equipment, for Stallions exploration activities.

Stallion said key personnel available under the agreement include Doug Engdahl, P.Geo. (Axioms President & CEO) as Senior Technical Advisor and Brent Jellicoe, P.Geo., Pri.Sci.Nat. as VP of Exploration, along with additional specialists in geology, geographic information systems (GIS) and geophysics.

The release also described ongoing work at Coyote, including drilling and geophysical work, and said a Phase II program would continue testing priority areas along the Coyote corridor.

Amended option agreement with Atha Energy

Stallion and Atha entered into an amending agreement effective Oct. 29, 2026, to their option agreement effective July 18, 2023. Stallion said the option agreement covers Saskatchewan mining claims where Stallion holds the option to earn a 70% interest.

Under the amendment, Stallions option has been reduced to a 50% retained interest, which the company described as setting a path for the parties to advance the optioned Moonlite Project ground as equal 50/50 joint-venture partners. Stallion also said it may receive a $2,500,000 payment from Atha if a material discovery is been made on the claims covered by the option agreement, while the conditions Stallion must meet to exercise its option, including required exploration expenditures, are unchanged.

Stallion also said Atha will serve as technical advisor to Axiom under the arrangement as the companies continue working collaboratively on the option agreement ground, including Moonlite and the Coyote Target.

Leadership changes and stock option grant

Stallion said Matthew Schwab will step down as Chief Executive Officer and that Michelle Roth has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The company also said Darren Slugoski has stepped down as Vice President of Exploration, effective immediately.

Stallion said Paulo Santos will transition from Chief Financial Officer to focus full-time on his responsibilities as CFO of StrikePoint Gold Inc., and that Xavier Wenzel, CPA, CA has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.

In connection with Roths appointment, Stallion said it granted her incentive stock options to buy 200,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.13 per share. The options have an 18-month term, vest immediately, and remain subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
