Key Highlights

  • REV Exploration identified elevated helium across multiple geological horizons at its Aden Dome Property.
  • The company plans well testing starting the week of Nov. 2, 2026 using a contracted service rig.
  • REV also reported a strong natural hydrogen show while drilling near the basement contact.

REV Exploration Corp. (TSXV: REVX; OTCID: REVFF) reported elevated helium concentrations and what it described as strong reservoir properties based on geophysical logs from its maiden drilling program at the Aden Dome Property along the Alberta-Montana border. The company said the results indicate helium across multiple distinct geological horizons, which it believes supports the potential for a helium discovery in the Sweet Grass Corridor.

REV said it has contracted a service rig and plans to begin detailed evaluation and testing of the helium zones the week of Nov. 2, 2026. The company said the work is expected to test pressure, reservoir quality, gas composition and potential deliverability.

In its release, REV said finding helium across multiple horizons provides evidence for what it views as an active helium charge, a migration pathway from source rocks, and a trapping mechanism at Aden Dome, and that it expands the number of potential reservoir targets for future drilling and completion operations.

While drilling for helium, REV also reported encountering a strong natural hydrogen show in the basement complex near the contact with the Basal Cambrian Sandstone Formation. The company cautioned that reported helium and natural hydrogen indications do not, by themselves, establish commercially recoverable quantities or economic viability, and said further testing and technical and economic evaluation are required.

REV said it expects results from Aden to help optimize drill targets for its West Butte Project, which it described as being about 20 miles to the west-southwest, and that it is preparing for first-ever drilling at West Butte.

The release also noted that the U.S. Department of Energy announced on Oct. 23, 2026 that it designated helium as a critical material, citing its role in domestic manufacturing and vulnerability to supply chain disruptions.

REV describes itself as a mineral exploration company with mining assets and exposure to helium and natural hydrogen opportunities focused on Americas Northern Great Plains and southernmost Alberta along the Montana border. The company said it holds oil and gas leasehold interests in Montana covering about 10,600 acres and also holds leases in Alberta along the AlbertaMontana border, including the Aden Dome Project.
