Avanti Helium (AVN) has announced the pricing and terms of its overnight marketed public offering for gross proceeds of $5,000,000.

The company will issue 7,575,758 units at $0.66 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for 24 months.

Raymond James Ltd. is acting as the lead agent and sole bookrunner. The syndicate of agents includes Beacon Securities Limited and Cormark Securities Inc.

The agents will have an option to offer for sale up to an additional 15 per cent of the aggregate number of units sold, exercisable within 30 days following the date of closing of the offering for additional gross proceeds of up to approximately $750,000.

The offering is expected to close on or about October 24, 2022. 

The proceeds raised will be used to fund exploration drilling on the company’s lands and for general corporate purposes.

Avanti Helium is focused on the exploration, development, and production of helium across western Canada and the United States.
