Blackrock Silver (BRC) has completed a brokered private placement offering for gross proceeds of C$4,385,166.
Blackrock Silver Corp. issued a total of 11,851,800 units for $0.37 per unit. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share until March 17, 2026.
The net proceeds will be used by the company to fund the US$700,000 option payment due on April 2, 2023, in respect to its Tonopah West project. It will also be used to fund the US$500,000 lease payment due on October 27, 2023, for the company’s Silver Cloud project. These funds will also go toward for exploration of the company’s portfolio of silver and gold projects in Nevada; and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
