Bonterra (BTR) has named Pier-Elise Hebert-Tremblay as its new CFO.

Hebert-Tremblay, CPA, has served as CFO of Arianne Phosphate since 2021 after serving as financial controller since 2010.

She specializes in forecast development, financial modelling, and financial reporting and tax compliance for junior-listed resource companies.

Bonterra has granted Hebert-Tremblay 500,000 incentive stock options as part of her appointment. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one common share for $0.50 until October 3, 2027.

One-fourth of the options are granted immediately, with a fourth granted on each anniversary until Hebert-Tremblay’s third year with the company.

She succeeds Johnny Oliveira, who has retired as CFO but will remain with Bonterra as a consultant throughout the transition period.

Bonterra Resources is a Canadian gold exploration company with advanced exploration assets in Quebec. Its four main assets contain 1.24 million ounces measured and indicated and 1.78 million ounces inferred.

Bonterra (BTR) is down by 2 per cent, trading at $0.49 per share as of 12 pm EST.
