Elmer Stewart, President and CEO of Copper Fox Metals (TSXV:CUU), talked to Sonia Madigan from The Market Herald about commencing work on the Eaglehead Project.

The company is sending a crew to the project on Thursday to begin readying for drilling. Copper Fox’s exploration is only in the development stage.

According to Copper Fox, it is facing no technical challenges, but securing the required permits from B.C. gov has been its biggest issue. The company is confident it will be granted the permits as it is in constant communication with governing officials.

The upcoming four drill hole program is aiming to join the existing mineralization in the east of the Bornite zone. The area is 1500 metres long, 300 metres wide, and 400 metres deep hosting a copper system with gold and molybdenum as well as silver.

The project’s historical data, along with an updated model, suggests that the mineralization represents the upper levels of a porphyry system with its core located north of the known mineralized zones. The company is optimistic that mineralization open to west and east are indicative geophysical signatures.

The company sees resources prices continuing to rise due to supply. Also because of declining head grades in industry, lack of investment, and social disruption.
