Datametrex (DM) passed all proposed resolutions during the annual general meeting held on July 29, 2022.

Just over 21 per cent of the company were present, representing issued and outstanding shares.

All the resolutions submitted for shareholder approval were granted, including:

  • re-electing directors of the company
  • fixing the number of directors to 4
  • appointing Baker Tilly WM LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as the auditors of the company
  • re-approving the company’s stock option plan.
