Beam Earth has ample experience developing cost-effective and innovative methods to produce hydrogen-related products.

The agreement encompasses Desert Mountain’s over 85,000 acres in Arizona with the intention to expand into other jurisdictions.

The company intends to model its hydrogen processing operation after its helium operation, which it designed to reduce power consumption by 55 per cent compared to traditional methods.

Desert Mountain anticipates that formal separate joint operating agreements for its helium, hydrogen and other noble gas projects will be put into place as optimal partners arise.

“We look forward to working with a like-minded company that, by design, is also seeking to follow innovative design and ESG policies,” stated Robert Rohlfing, CEO of Desert Mountain Energy.
