The TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) has approved the reinstatement of trading in Fobi AI (TSXV:FOBI) shares, effective at market open on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026.

The resumption of trading marks a significant milestone for the Vancouver-based technology company following the revocation of a failure-to-file cease trade order that had suspended trading of its securities.

According to the company, the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC), acting as principal regulator, has issued a full revocation of the failure-to-file cease trade order (FFCTO) that was originally imposed on Nov. 1, 2024.

The FFCTO was issued after Fobi failed to file its annual audited financial statements, related management discussion and analysis (MD&A), and certifications for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. Collectively, these documents were referred to as the company’s 2024 Annual Filings.

With the revocation now in effect and regulatory requirements addressed, the TSXV has issued a bulletin confirming that trading in Fobi’s common shares will resume.

To commemorate the occasion, Fobi will host a live webcast on Thursday at 9:15 a.m. ET, shortly after trading resumes. The event will be open to shareholders worldwide and will feature CEO Rob Anson alongside AGORACOM founder and host George Tsiolis.

The company described the webcast as a celebratory and interactive session, encouraging shareholders to participate by posting messages, shoutouts, and questions that may be addressed live during the broadcast.

The event is expected to provide investors with an opportunity to engage directly with management as the company begins a new chapter following its return to public trading.

Fobi develops AI-driven and data intelligence solutions designed to help organizations accelerate digital transformation initiatives, improve customer engagement, and generate actionable business insights from data.

The reinstatement of trading removes a significant regulatory overhang for the company and restores market access for shareholders after nearly two years under the cease trade order.

Trading in Fobi’s common shares is scheduled to resume on the TSX Venture Exchange at market open on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026, with the company inviting investors to join its live webcast later that morning to mark the occasion.

Fobi is working to help businesses leverage and monetize their customer data. The company’s clients include global organizations across retail and consumer packaged goods, insurance, sports and entertainment, casino gaming, and hospitality and tourism.

Fobi AI Inc. stock (TSXV:FOBI) last traded at $0.040 per share, obviously, but its OTC stock (FOBIF) opened 8 per cent higher at $0.05.
