NexgenRx (TSXV:NXG), a micro-cap admin and tech solutions company, ended Q3 2025 with a flourish, posting strong revenue and EBITDA growth. Here are the highlights:
- Revenue reached C$4,616,066, up by 13.43 per cent year-over-year (YoY), driven by organic growth and an expanding service suite.
- Operating expenses of C$243,421, up by 8 per cent YoY, because of IT implementation expenses, consulting services and compensation adjustments.
- EBITDA came to C$887,671, up by C$441,224 YoY, with the year-to-date figure standing at C$2,343,703, showing management’s emphasis on cost controls.
- Net income grew by C$440,550 YoY, up from C$150,000, and rose from C$350,000 in Q2 2025.
- Dividends paid in August and September amounted to C$355,586 in common share dividends and C$33,000 in preferred share dividends.
- Cash totaled C$2,541,906 as of September 30, 2025.
The company has managed to grow revenue annually from C$10.57 million in 2020 to C$16.48 million in 2024, and is on track for a new record in 2025.
Concurrently, overall net income has been positive over the period to date, proving NexgenRX’s ability to parlay its leadership position into profitable growth.

“Our Q3 results reflect our continued pattern of increasing revenues and EBITDA on a quarter-by-quarter basis over the past several years,” Ron Loucks, president and chief executive officer of NexgenRX, said in Thursday’s news release. “This continued growth cycle has positioned the company to continue to generate free cash flow, supported by our strong recurring revenues and sales pipelines.”
