Rover Metals Corp. (ROVR) has upsized its previously-announced private placement for gross proceeds of $900,000.

The company will issue a total of 11,250,000 units priced at C$0.08 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant.

The offering is expected to close on February 25, pending all required regulatory approvals.

All securities issued will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period.
