The company said the investor outreach program will use AI-assisted calling, email, SMS and WhatsApp, with a monthly capacity of about 1,000 calls and up to 10,000 messages. Sekur said investors who want to learn more will be introduced directly to Sekur management.

Separately, Darkstar has been appointed by Sekur Private Data, Inc., Sekur’s wholly owned subsidiary, as a non-exclusive referral partner for Sekur products including SekurOne, SekurVoice, SekurMail, SekurMessenger, SekurVPN and SekurSTMR+VPN (Sekur Tactical Mobile Router). Sekur said these product referral campaigns will run separately from the investor outreach and will be paid on a commission-only basis.

Engagement terms and disclosures

Sekur said Darkstar is paid in cash only and will not receive shares, options or warrants. The company also said each outreach script and message must be approved in writing before use, and that communications will disclose Darkstar acts on Sekur’s behalf and is paid by Sekur.

According to the release, the engagement is effective October 25, 2026, is month to month with no fixed end date, and can be ended by either party on 30 days’ written notice. Sekur said outreach begins once it has approved the materials in writing.

Sekur also disclosed that Darkstar is not a registered dealer or adviser, does not sell securities, does not give investment advice and does not accept subscriptions, and that it refers investment discussions to the company.
