ShaMaran (SNM) has received C$36.12M in Atrush sales and entitlements for October 2021.

This includes $13.29M net to the company.

Today’s payment reduces the KRG’s amount owed to ShaMaran to $20.83M.

The company also received $2.91M net as the next instalment for October 2021 in the KRG’s receivable repayment mechanism.

It continues to facilitate discussions with the KRG on its proposed amendment to the repayment terms as announced on May 13, 2021.

ShaMaran is a Kurdistan-focused oil development and exploration company that holds a 27.6-per-cent interest in the Atrush Block production-sharing contract.

ShaMaran Petroleum (SNM) is unchanged trading at $0.06 per share as of 12:40 pm EST.
