Wilton Resources (WIL) has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $770,750.25.

The corporation will now issue 1,027,667 units at $0.75 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at $1.00 for a period of 24 months.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and as a reserve to pursue a potential acquisition of an international oil and gas property.

The corporation may pay cash finder’s fees and non-transferable warrants in connection with the offering.

The offering is expected to close shortly and is conditional upon the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
