1844 Resources (EFF) has announced a short form prospectus offering for gross proceeds of up to $1,250,000.

The company will issue up to 15,625,000 common shares at a price of $0.08 per share. The offering is expected to close on or about May 31, 2022.

The company will pay a cash commission and non-transferable share purchase warrants.

The agent, Leede Jones Gable Inc., has been offered an over-allotment option to acquire an additional 15 per cent of the shares under the offering.

The common shares will be offered by way of a short form prospectus in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Québec.

Closing of the offering remains subject to certain conditions including the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the TSX Venture Exchange.

The net proceeds will be used for ongoing exploration expenditures on the company’s properties and general corporate purposes.

1844 is an exploration company with a focus on strategic and energetic metals. The company’s exploration properties include the Vortex, Davidson, Native Copper and Lac Arsenault.

1844 Resources Inc. (EFF) is unchanged on the day, trading at C$0.08 per share at 1:25 pm ET.
