Contact Gold (C) has announced a C$3 million non-brokered private placement.

The company will offer up to 60,000,000 units priced at $0.05 per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.

Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share for $0.075 for a period of 24 months from the closing date, subject to acceleration.

The company will use the proceeds to undertake further drilling on its Green Springs Gold Project and continued exploration on its Pony Creek Gold Project, each located in Nevada, as well as for general working capital purposes.

Offers and sales in the United States will be limited to institutional accredited investors.

The offering is expected to close on or about November 17, 2021.

Contact Gold is an exploration company focused on making district-scale gold discoveries in Nevada. The company holds 140 km2 on the Carlin and Cortez gold trends.

Contact Gold (C) closed down by 9.09 per cent trading at $0.05 per share.
