NorthWest Copper (NWST) has announced a C$20 million bought-deal private placement.

The company will sell 16,950,000 charity flow-through common shares priced at $1.18 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $20,001,000.

The over-allotment option includes up to an additional 15 per cent of the offering under the same terms.

The charity flow-through shares will qualify as flow-through shares according to the Income Tax Act (Canada).

NorthWest will use the gross proceeds for the exploration of its properties in British Columbia before December 31, 2022. These allocations will qualify as Canadian exploration expenses and flow-through mining expenditures within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

National Bank is serving as the lead underwriter on the financing.

The offering is expected to close on or about December 2, 2021.
