Tenet (PKK) has signed an agreement with eHi Auto Services, China’s second-largest vehicle rental company.

eHi runs a fleet of over 100,000 vehicles and more than 5,000 service outlets in over 400 cities.

Tenet will leverage its Heartbeat platform to offer insurance products tied to eHi vehicle rentals. The parties will also develop customized insurance products, including offerings for electric and hybrid vehicles.

Tenet will also take advantage of its partnership with pre-owned vehicle trading platform YouCKU to allow eHi to refresh its fleet. 

eHi and Enterprise Holdings’ partnership to provide car rental services to Chinese consumers and businesses abroad means that services sold through Tenet in China will also extend beyond the country.

Tenet Fintech Group provides analytics and AI-based services to businesses and financial institutions in China.

Tenet fintech stock is down by 5.56 per cent trading at $5.78 per share as of 9:31 am EST.
